PATCH 2.29 NOTES!

Patch 2.29

  • Added 10 additional maps to The Crawl
  • Players may no longer group with multiple characters on a single login
  • Westhaven Arena Tunic now awards Physical Resist +40
  • CH7 Boss now has a bigger collision size after she dies
  • CH7 Boss now must be activated by all players (not just host) to end chapter
  • Fixed a bug with Soul Charges dropping from 3 to 2 when you earn a 4th

PATCH 2.27 NOTES!

Patch 2.27

  • Added Player Profile Pages! Includes Player "Renown"!
  • Poison now subtracts from Overheal HP
  • A specific Secret Boss should work on Dedicated Hosts now
  • Ally NPCs no longer give Tokens when they die
  • Final Boss should now award Tokens
  • Final Boss should not "teleport" when he touches NPCs
  • Chapters now unlocked when ALL previous chapters are Silver Star
  • Sidequest in CH4 (Dedicated Host) can be completed now
  • Working on new start.exe that will auto-patch...
We added Player Profile pages this patch. Now you can view your profile from in-game, or view other peoples profiles via the Player menu. Players earn "Renown" by how many badges they have received. "Renown" is used to determine who gets placed on the top 10 Renown list! Also, you can now click player's names on the highscore tables to view their profiles!
If it says profile does not exist, you must log into the game and run a chapter or sell some items and it should update and create your profile!

  • Reset all Boss Material Drops (correct now)
  • Gregin now tells players if a new version is available to download
  • Players now upload "Hours Played" to the website
  • Fixed a Token Display Bug (showed incorrect amount on EPIC)
  • Dedicated Hosts get more tokens for Epic Mode now
  • Relocated some Teleports that were too high in the room
  • Fixed a bug in the renaming menu where it could restart your character

PATCH 2.23 NOTES!

Patch 2.23

  • New Fighter Abilities: "Battle Cry", "Slaughter"
  • Power Slash and Aerial Slash now do increased HITS per level
  • New Cleric Play-Mechanic: "Over-Healing"
  • Armageddon now uses proper runes to cast
  • Fixed a couple bugs with Final Boss (should be more difficult now!) and CH7 Boss
  • Added a little more to the radius of the teleports (easier to stand on)
  • Added 3 seconds to Magic Shield spell length
  • Adjusted Potion SP Costs per level
  • Spiders do not spit at hidden or dead players
  • Added OVERKILLS (Like GIBS?)
  • Reduced SOUL CHARGES on EPIC MODE to 2
This patch we tried to address some concerns with 2 of the classes; the Fighter and the Cleric. For the Fighter, we added 2 new skills, "Battle Cry" and "Slaughter". "Battle Cry" is an ability the Fighter can activate taunting all enemies around him to attack him, while lowering their DAMAGE and MOMENTUM, and raising your team's MOMENTUM. "Slaughter" is an activate ability that works along side "Aerial Slash". When an enemy is at 20% or lower HP, the Fighter can target their weak-point (Aerial Slash) for MASSIVE DAMAGE!
The Cleric on the other hand, now has a built in ability to "Over-Heal" their teammates when they are at full HP, represented by a blue bar. This blue bar will absorb incoming damage until depleted. When fellow teammates are at full HP, any healing spells the Cleric casts will convert the amount healed to damage nearby enemies. This will be a VERY effective mechanic to help break the "heal-bot" syndrome healing Clerics tend to have, and keep them active on the battlefield at all times. Lastly, the Cleric can use the "Over-Healed" HP when they cast "Sanctuary" to increase its AoE damage.

The day that Wanderlust: Rebirth is finally released is upon us! It has taken nearly 5 years to finish this journey, and we look forward to supporting and playing with our fellow fans! But alas, this does not mean the end, we will continue to work on and better Wanderlust!

To purchase Wanderlust: Rebirth, join/host a game and talk to Gregin. He should have an option to
"Purchase Wanderlust", select this and you should see several package offers. Select the one you want to purchase and it should open a webpage. Click the paypal button and go through with the payment process. Once completed, your account should be authenticated shorty and ready to dive into the full game!

PATCH 2.14 NOTES!

Patch 2.14

  • Fixed Various Bugs
  • Added 'Pause' feature for SINGLE PLAYER MODE (OPEN ANY MENU)
  • Added Ally Character for Chapter 1 in SINGLE PLAYER MODE
  • Added 'HELP' MENU OPTION in the ESC MENU which links to helpful videos on our website
  • ELEMENTALIST: First Hotkey change only effects the first Hotkey
We finished up a set of 4 help videos for players that are confused with some of the main features in the game. You can access these from in game via the escape menu or through the guide section of the website! Let us know if there are any other help videos you would like to see so we can address all aspects of the game!

PATCH 2.13 NOTES!

Patch 2.13

  • Fixed Various Bugs
  • Added '1 PLAYER MODE' option (re-balances game when playing solo)
  • COUNTER AWARD now worth 1500
  • Added PC-Style Chat Fade
We added a new '1 player mode' option (it is on by default). Having this option on, makes playing by yourself a lot easier and more balanced. People who want more of a challenge can turn this off in the options menu! Hopefully this will address some of the issues players are having with the difficulty while playing by yourself! Keep the suggestions coming!

PATCH 2.12 NOTES!

Patch 2.12

  • Fixed Various Bugs
  • Set Recommended Starting Skills
  • Balanced Potion Damage
  • ESC Key now saves Skill Distribution (as well as DOUBLE SPACE)
Now when you create a new character, it should auto-distribute the CP you have to help make it easier for newer players to get into the game and not "mess up" the beginning skills.

WE ARE LISTENING!

We've had numerous requests for a more traditional "PC-Style" Chat System to be implemented into the game, so we've added one! ESC > OPTIONS and turn "Classic Chat" OFF in order to have a more "chatbox" experience! Also, keep an eye out for players with COLORFUL NAMES and CHAT MESSAGES (Gold are Developers, Green are Beta Testers and Other Contributors)!  Be sure to tell them if you have any issues or suggestions for the game!
